3. Products & Availability
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue products or modify specifications without prior notice. Vehicle compatibility information is provided as a guide only. Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are suitable for their specific vehicle before purchase.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on the website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable unless otherwise stated. Payment must be received in full before any order is processed or dispatched. We reserve the right to change pricing without prior notice; however, any confirmed orders will be honoured at the price paid.
5. Order Acceptance
Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance of the order by Apex Auto Shield. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud or unauthorised transactions, or incorrect product information supplied by the customer. Should an order be cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be processed.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Apex Auto Shield shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier services, adverse weather conditions, strikes, customs processes, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk in the products passes to the customer upon delivery.
7. Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Products returned must be unused, in their original packaging, and comply with the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy. Custom-made, made-to-order, vehicle-specific, or specially cut products may not be returned unless faulty, defective, or incorrectly supplied.
8. Warranty
Products may carry manufacturer warranties where applicable. Warranty claims will be assessed in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms and applicable South African consumer protection laws. The warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse or abuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or modifications made by the customer.
9. Installation
Where products require installation, customers are responsible for ensuring installation is performed correctly and by suitably qualified persons where necessary. Apex Auto Shield shall not be liable for damage arising from improper installation.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apex Auto Shield shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability in relation to any claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the relevant product. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any rights afforded to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, images, product information, and designs, are the property of Apex Auto Shield or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

Any personal information collected through our website will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable South African data protection laws, including POPIA.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
